Can you submit cards to PSA from Canada?
This is a common question asked by many Canadian card collectors. The short answer is yes, you absolutely can submit cards to PSA from Canada.
When it comes to submitting your cards to PSA from Canada, you have two main ways of going about this:
- Option number one is to go to PSA’s website, register for an account, fill out all the necessary information, and then mail your cards to PSA (you will be mailing them to California).
- Option number two is to use a PSA group submission service in Canada such as us here at Canada Grading.
Option One will be slightly more difficult and likely more expansive than Option Two. You will likely face higher shipping costs to ship both ways when submitting to PSA on your own, as opposed to going through a group submission service. If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, you also have the option of dropping off and picking up your cards which will save you even more. Insurance can also be tricky, Canada Grading takes care of all of that as well.
At the time of this post, PSA is currently only accepting cards for its Express level which is typically for higher end cards. If you are looking to have some of your lower end cards slabbed, you will need to wait until sometime in 2022 when PSA’s value levels open up again. As to when exactly that will happen, we are still left in the dark.
